$25.8M industrial project planned for Temple
TEMPLE – Sesajal LLC has filed plans for a $25.79 million food-grade oil refinery and warehouse project. The site is a seven-acre property owned by the Temple Economic Development Corp. The project calls for a 50,000-sf warehousing and processing building at 3289 Eberhardt Rd. Construction is scheduled to begin next month and be completed in June 2027.
