1.3M-sf industrial project planned for Leander 

LEANDER – Titan Development is developing Leander 183 Commerce Center, a 1.3 million-sf industrial project.  Phase one will include two speculative shallow-bay buildings totaling 240,000 sf.  Construction on the first phase is expected to begin soon.   Delivery is anticipated in early 2027, and full buildout is expected by 2036.  The post 1.3M-sf industrial project planned for Leander  appeared first on Texas Real Estate Research Center.
