10-story office tower trades hands in Houston
HOUSTON — DML Capital has acquired a 10-story office tower at 1800 Bering Dr. from KBS. The 171,510-sf office building was 82 percent occupied at the time of sale. Amenities include a tenant lounge, conference center, outdoor patios, and a micro market. The seller previously invested $1.3 million in property upgrades, including lobby renovations, new elevator cabs, refreshed common areas, and landscaping improvements.
