100-home build-to-rent community breaks ground in Denton
DENTON – Bridge Tower is developing Teasley Crossing, a 100-unit build-to-rent community at 3501 Curve Ave. The project will have three- and four-bedroom duplex-style homes, averaging 1,675 sf, two-car garages, and private fenced backyards. Amenities include a playground and walking trails. First homes are expected to be delivered in September 2026.
