137K-sf Houston office building sold 

HOUSTON – A 137,000-sf office building at 1400 Revello Dr. has been sold.  Built on 6.8 acres in 2009 and renovated in 2015, the two-story building was 100 percent vacant at time of sale.  The former tenant occupied the space since completion and vacated in December 2025.  The buyer and seller were not disclosed.  The post 137K-sf Houston office building sold  appeared first on Texas Real Estate Research Center.
