206K-sf shopping center planned for Cypress

CYPRESS – Trademark Property Co. is developing a 206,000-sf shopping center. The project will be within the 1,330-acre Dunham Pointe master-planned community. Tenants include a specialty grocery anchor, restaurants and retailers. Groundbreaking is expected for this summer, with completion slated for late 2027.
