282-unit multifamily project breaks ground in Seguin

SEGUIN — Lightpath Development has broken ground on Lily Springs, a 282-unit apartment community at 150 Sun Lily Rd. The multifamily development will include a clubhouse and shared community spaces. Construction began in February 2026, and the project is expected to open around March 2027.
