400K-sf retail center trades hands in McAllen
McALLEN – CTO Realty Growth has acquired Palms Crossing, a 400,000-sf shopping center at 3300 W Expy 83. The open-air retail center sits on 46.6 acres and is 98 percent leased. Major tenants include Hobby Lobby, Restaurant Depot, Best Buy, Burlington, Barnes & Noble, and Guitar Center. The property also includes more than five acres for future development. WPG was the seller.
