by Tanya Alvarez-Salsedo

CORPUS CHRISTI – A seawater desalination facility is being planned at the Barney Davis Power Plant.  The project would repurpose the existing 897-megawatt plant using its intake infrastructure connected to the Laguna Madre.   Planned capacity ranges from 50 million to 100 million gallons per day.  The project is in early evaluation stages.  The post Desalination project slated for Corpus Christi  appeared first on Texas Real Estate Research Center.
