Home Depot planning $13M San Marcos location

SAN MARCOS – The Home Depot is planning a $13 million store at I-35 North Frontage Rd. and McCarty Rd.  The project will include a 107,797-sf store and a 28,120-sf garden center, totaling nearly 136,000 sf.  Construction is expected to begin in September 2026, with completion targeted for August 2027.  The post Home Depot planning $13M San Marcos location  appeared first on Texas Real Estate Research Center.
