JV acquires 318,000-sf office campus in Austin
AUSTIN –Aquila Commercial and PacVentures Inc. acquired The Campus at Arboretum, a 318,000-sf office campus. The five-building property is 67 percent leased with tenants including Kimley-Horn, Freese, and Nichols and Cox Automation. The buyers plan upgrades to common areas, indoor and outdoor amenities, and spec suites.
