Magnet manufacturer developing $1.25B industrial project
NORTHLAKE – MP Materials Corp. has selected a 120-acre site at AllianceTexas to develop 10X, a large-scale rare earth magnet manufacturing campus. The company plans to invest $1.25 billion in the project, which is expected to create more than 1,500 manufacturing and engineering jobs. MP Materials expects to break ground soon.
