San Marcos Regional Airport expands with 170-acre acquisition
SAN MARCOS – San Marcos Regional Airport is planning an expansion after acquiring 170 acres east of its existing facility. The purchase increases the airport from more than 1,400 acres to nearly 1,600 acres. The additional land will support future expansion, including accommodating larger aircraft and expanded aviation facilities.
