328-acre home district breaks ground in New Caney
NEW CANEY – The Signorelli Co. has broken ground on the 328-acre Azalea District at Valley Ranch. Phase one includes 156 homesites, with initial home deliveries expected in late summer 2026. The full district will include 359 single-family homes, retail, and medical office space across 203 acres.
